I just woke up from a nightmare, crying. Couldn't figure out what day it was until I reached out for M and he wasn't there. That's when I figured out it was a Saturday.

So, I seem to have come down with a chest cold after more than a year of good health...

I'm home now, but trying to still get some work done. I'm not taking much as far as drugs go, but I think my honey's gifts of meds last night helped a lot. Vit C, echinacea, ibuprofen, and the cough stuff from the pharmacy. I don't think it'll get any worse ( Read more... )

A struggle to stay positive, when nothing seems to be going well. But I'm the only one that controls how I feel.

This woman I know just changed her status on FB to "single". She had been in a new relationship for maybe a week...?

Now all the advice she is getting from her friends is about how men suck, she should stay single and just stay friends with guys--have fun but not tooo much fun...

Ok, I have learned so much the past few years, and the past few months. --every day, I'm thankful to be alive, thankful for the people in my life, for new experiences. Thankful for possibilities, for days and nights of love and light and good feelings.
